Road Cycling

Bikes are part of my life in so many ways, but road cycling is definitely my first love.

Getting out on my road bike is my fitness, my sanity and my joy. To support my competitive side, even riding on the turbo trainer and following a training plan will do.

I am a Level 2 Road Coach and am passionate about helping others to develop their road cycling through my coaching company, Active Cycle Coaching. You will also find articles here on various aspects of road cycling technique on this very site, such as climbing and descending. For more, try the Tips and Advice section of the Active Cycle Coaching website.
