    I was 10.5 stone until I reached 35 then, almost overnight, weight didn’t just fall off after an eating/drinking binge so found myself actually having to care and be a bit more responsible … can’t even begin to imagine adding having a baby to that mix – happiness is really important so do what you have to do to be happy with yourself and your body; push yourself when you can, relax when you need to ! Good luck with the speed trials x
